The touring performance A Wise Man Named Matti and Other Stories is an outside play by musician Kari Mäkiranta and puppeteer Timo Väntsi.

This poem measuring duo stops at parks, parties and wherever people tend to spend their time. The periodic structure of the play is based on old Finnish folklore tales about Matti, Pike, Bumblebee Little knee, House-elf and other characters that get their moment in the limelight.
